A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Healthcare Customer Advisor in Earth City.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Talking with customers by phone or in person to obtain information needed to resolve inquiries
- Conferring with other staff members to obtain additional information and clarification
- Reconciling accounts according to insurance contracts and submit/ process correct contractual
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year related experience required
