A healthcare provider is in need of a Remote Healthcare Customer Advisor in New York City.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide first line systems support
- Document all customer inquiries and complaints
- Monitor and follow up with customers daily on open logs to insure accurate and timely resolutions
