Job Summary

A telehealth solutions company is seeking a Remote Healthcare Customer Care Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing day-to-day customer support by monitoring and responding to help desk tickets
  • Managing incoming calls from customers pertaining to product questions
  • Tracking and analyzing qualitative and quantitative feedback from customer surveys and product metrics

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Previous experience in a customer support role for a tech company required
  • Highly organized with attention to details
  • Strong communicator (written, oral, visual)
  • Able to translate complex concepts into empathetic, actionable communication for customers
