A telehealth solutions company is seeking a Remote Healthcare Customer Care Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing day-to-day customer support by monitoring and responding to help desk tickets
- Managing incoming calls from customers pertaining to product questions
- Tracking and analyzing qualitative and quantitative feedback from customer surveys and product metrics
Qualifications for this position include:
- Previous experience in a customer support role for a tech company required
- Highly organized with attention to details
- Strong communicator (written, oral, visual)
