Job Summary

An integrated healthcare services and products company has an open position for a Remote Healthcare Customer Care Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Using provided resources/company websites to navigate customer's concerns
  • Navigating multiple computer programs throughout the workday
  • Consulting with Supervisor or Team Lead on complex and unusual problems

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Excellent Phone Skills
  • Prior computer experience using Microsoft Office systems required
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Communication and active listening skills
