Job Summary
An integrated healthcare services and products company has an open position for a Remote Healthcare Customer Care Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Using provided resources/company websites to navigate customer's concerns
- Navigating multiple computer programs throughout the workday
- Consulting with Supervisor or Team Lead on complex and unusual problems
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Excellent Phone Skills
- Prior computer experience using Microsoft Office systems required
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Communication and active listening skills
