Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare Customer Care Supervisor.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Hiring, training, and performance managing remote staff
  • Reviewing metrics monthly, providing timely and consistent feedback regarding performance
  • Responding to external and internal customer inquiries and complaints

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Associate or equivalent from College or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience to include Order Management in Oracle or SAP environment
  • 5+ years of Supervisory experience with a strong acumen for supply chain, logistics, and order management
