Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare Customer Care Supervisor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Hiring, training, and performance managing remote staff
- Reviewing metrics monthly, providing timely and consistent feedback regarding performance
- Responding to external and internal customer inquiries and complaints
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Associate or equivalent from College or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience to include Order Management in Oracle or SAP environment
- 5+ years of Supervisory experience with a strong acumen for supply chain, logistics, and order management
