Job Summary
A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Healthcare Customer Experience Design Manager.
Must be able to:
- Design and develop end-to-end consumer experiences
- Lead change across people, process and technology
- Champion the efforts to deliver a consistent experience
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel 25% of the time
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience and a proven track record of driving transformational change
- 5+ years of experience in developing customer experience programs or initiatives
