Job Summary
A staffing agency is filling a position for a Remote Healthcare Customer Relations Representative in San Fernando.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls to assist customers and members with questions in regards to Health Plans
- Check status of referrals and triage questionable cases to the Referrals
- Verify and investigate member benefits and eligibility and triage's relevant cases
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of recent Healthcare related Call Center or Managed Care experience
- 3+ years experience working in a Healthcare Insurance Call Center setting
- Must be familiar with referrals, HMO's, and be able to understand how to review and verify insurance
- Must be able to type at least 35WPM
