Job Summary

A company is looking for Remote Healthcare Customer Service representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls and take messages for follow-up by tenured team members
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to healthcare services and products
  • Coordinate communication between pharmacies, providers, and members
Required Qualifications
  • 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Experience working remotely
  • For Healthcare CSR role, a background in healthcare is preferred
  • Availability to work specified hours (Mon-Fri, varying shifts)
  • Experience with pharmacy communications is a plus for the Healthcare CSR role
