Job Summary
A company is looking for Remote Healthcare Customer Service representatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and take messages for follow-up by tenured team members
- Assist customers with inquiries related to healthcare services and products
- Coordinate communication between pharmacies, providers, and members
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Experience working remotely
- For Healthcare CSR role, a background in healthcare is preferred
- Availability to work specified hours (Mon-Fri, varying shifts)
- Experience with pharmacy communications is a plus for the Healthcare CSR role
