Job Summary

A health insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Advocate.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Responding to and resolving, on the first call, customer service inquires
  • Helping guide and educating customers about consumer-driven health care topics
  • Initiating proactive outreach to members as needed

Qualifications Include:

  • High School Diploma / GED or higher OR equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3+ years of combined education, work and/or volunteer experience
  • Preferred social work, behavioral health, disease prevention, health promotion and behavior change
