Job Summary
A health insurance company has an open position for a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Advocate.
Must be able to:
- Respond to and resolve, on the first call, customer service inquires
- Help guide and educate customers about the fundamentals and benefits of consumer-driven health care topics
- Initiate proactive outreach to members as needed
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3+ years of combined education, work and/or volunteer experience
- Preferred Health Care/Insurance environment
