Job Summary
A global healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Advocate.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Responding to and resolving, on the first call, customer service inquires and issues
- Helping guide and educate customers about the fundamentals and benefits of consumer-driven health care topics
- Contacting care providers (doctor’s offices) on behalf of the customer
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2+ years of combined education, work and/or volunteer experience
- Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours
- 1+ years of Customer Service Experience
