Job Summary
A healthcare and insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Advocate .
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Responding to and resolve, on the first call, customer service inquires and issues
- Contacting care providers (doctor's offices) on behalf of the customer to assist with appointment scheduling
- Helping guide and educate customers about the fundamentals and benefits of consumer-driven health care topics
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2+ years of combined education, work and/or volunteer experience
- Able to assist customers in navigating the company website
