Job Summary
A managed healthcare and insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Advocate.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Helping guide and educate customers about the fundamentals and benefits of consumer-driven health care topics
- Providing social and clinical resources
- Responding to and resolving, on the first call, customer service inquires and issues
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3+ years of combined education, work and/or volunteer experience
- Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure
