Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Healthcare Customer Service and Claims Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls from customers
  • Ask appropriate questions and listen actively to identify specific questions
  • Own problem through to resolution on behalf of the customer

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma / GED (or higher) OR 10+ years of equivalent working experience
  • Successfully complete the Customer Service training classes
  • Have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly build rapport and respond to customers
  • Proficient in translating healthcare-related jargon and complex processes
  • Flexibility to customize approach to meet all types of member communication styles
