Job Summary

A medical benefits management solutions provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Associate Representative in West Seneca.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Routing all calls and adjustments to the appropriate departments/personnel
  • Handling of all incoming calls
  • Logging every incoming call and close all calls within five (5) business days

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Knowledge of general office technology
  • Minimum of 1-2 years customer service experience in a call center environment
  • High school diploma or GED and two (2) + years of customer service experience
  • Phone/ headset use experience
