Job Summary
A medical benefits management solutions provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Associate Representative in West Seneca.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Routing all calls and adjustments to the appropriate departments/personnel
- Handling of all incoming calls
- Logging every incoming call and close all calls within five (5) business days
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Knowledge of general office technology
- Minimum of 1-2 years customer service experience in a call center environment
- High school diploma or GED and two (2) + years of customer service experience
- Phone/ headset use experience
