Job Summary
A non-profit, faith-based healthcare organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Call Center Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Presenting accurate, complete, and sometimes sensitive or difficult-to-hear information to the caller with tact and grace
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Working with a high sense of urgency with all medical service providers and Medi- Share members
Qualifications Include:
- Oral and written communication expertise
- Typing speed of 30 wpm or more
- Ability in reading and interpreting documents
- Strong multi-tasking
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Applying understanding to carry out instruction furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
