Job Summary

A non-profit, faith-based healthcare organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Call Center Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Presenting accurate, complete, and sometimes sensitive or difficult-to-hear information to the caller with tact and grace
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Working with a high sense of urgency with all medical service providers and Medi- Share members

Qualifications Include:

  • Oral and written communication expertise
  • Typing speed of 30 wpm or more
  • Ability in reading and interpreting documents
  • Strong multi-tasking
  • Critical thinking and problem solving
  • Applying understanding to carry out instruction furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
