Job Summary
An integrated healthcare services and products company is filling a position for a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Operations Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide proactive solutions, inquiry research/resolution, and root cause analysis
- Act as liaisons for both internal and external customers
- Leverage inbound and outbound channels
Required Skills:
- Prior computer experience using Microsoft Office systems
