Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Developing and rolling out Quality Monitoring methodology and scorecards
- Identifying new training needs and developing trainings
- Scheduling and leading new hire training for agents
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2 or more years Contact Center or Customer Care experience
- Good typing/computer skills
