A biopharmaceutical and life sciences company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Quality and. Training Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Developing and rolling out Quality Monitoring methodology and scorecards
  • Identifying new training needs and developing trainings
  • Scheduling and leading new hire training for agents

Qualifications for this position include:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 2 or more years Contact Center or Customer Care experience
  • Good typing/computer skills
