Providing exceptional service to healthcare providers, the full-time Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls related to claims, benefits, and eligibility while documenting interactions accurately in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound provider calls regarding claims, benefits, eligibility, and general inquiries
  • Document call details accurately for tracking and follow-up while meeting daily performance metrics
  • Provide empathetic and professional service, escalating complex issues as necessary
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in healthcare customer service, preferably in a provider-facing role
  • 1+ years of experience in a high-volume call center environment
  • Familiarity with claims processing, benefits, and eligibility
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards
