Job Summary
Providing exceptional service to healthcare providers, the full-time Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls related to claims, benefits, and eligibility while documenting interactions accurately in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound provider calls regarding claims, benefits, eligibility, and general inquiries
- Document call details accurately for tracking and follow-up while meeting daily performance metrics
- Provide empathetic and professional service, escalating complex issues as necessary
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in healthcare customer service, preferably in a provider-facing role
- 1+ years of experience in a high-volume call center environment
- Familiarity with claims processing, benefits, and eligibility
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards
