Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare CSR (Remote) position offering $15/hr plus a completion bonus, starting on 2/26/26.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls to enroll or reauthorize individuals in a food box program
• Assist members in making healthcare decisions to enhance their experience
• Contribute positively to individuals' health journeys through tailored nutrition programs

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• Strong computer experience, including data entry and navigation
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
• Able to provide two monitors of at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
• Able to travel to New York City for a one-day training session
