Job Summary
Seeking motivated individuals, the part-time Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative will provide excellent customer service and patient support while handling inbound and outbound calls regarding prescription benefits in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and support to patients
- Verify patient information and assist with prescription benefit inquiries
- Gather and review patient billing and medical information while adhering to healthcare guidelines
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of recent call center experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and patient privacy practices is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to maintain a private, quiet, and distraction-free workspace
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills for remote work issues
