Job Summary

To provide exceptional support in a remote setting, the full-time Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative will guide customers through inquiries, actively listen to identify issues, and record detailed information to enhance their overall experience.

Key responsibilities:
  • Guide customers through questions and challenges related to products or services
  • Listen actively to understand issues and provide effective solutions
  • Maintain and update customer records for accuracy and follow-up purposes
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Healthcare experience is required
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience in a call center environment is preferred
  • Must have a private work-at-home environment matching the address on file
  • Stable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 3 Mbps
