Job Summary

A healthcare and retail pharmacy company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Respond to inbound customer calls
  • Assist customers with pharmacy benefits and medication

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in Healthcare and/or PBM
  • Must be available for shifts Monday - Saturday 7am - 6pm EST
  • Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required
  • Ability to interact with customers via phone
