A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Communicating with the referral source, physician, and patient
• Adhering to out-of-network qualification standards
• Prioritizing multiple times throughout the day

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Ability to attend in-office training as needed in Phoenix or Tampa
• 1+ year of face to face or over the phone customer service
• Must have high speed internet at home
• Must be proficient and comfortable in a computer-based environment
