Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Communicating with the referral source, physician, and patient
- Adhering to out-of-network qualification standards
- Prioritizing multiple times throughout the day
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to attend in-office training as needed in Phoenix or Tampa
- 1+ year of face to face or over the phone customer service
