Job Summary

A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Receive inbound calls from customers
  • Follow a government mandated system prompted script
  • Make outbound calls as needed in reference to plan selection or retention efforts

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to take high volume of calls daily
  • Computer experience navigating among multiple systems and screens frequently
  • Keyboarding and data entry skills
  • Flexibility to work 8 hour shifts within the Call Center operating hours
