Job Summary
A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative.
Must be able to:
- Receive inbound calls from customers
- Follow a government mandated system prompted script
- Make outbound calls as needed in reference to plan selection or retention efforts
Qualifications for this position include:
- Customer service experience
- Ability to take high volume of calls daily
- Computer experience navigating among multiple systems and screens frequently
- Keyboarding and data entry skills
- Flexibility to work 8 hour shifts within the Call Center operating hours
