Job Summary
A healthcare and clinical service provider is in need of a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Solve routine and complex problems
- Provide prompt, accurate and courteous responses to customers
- Handle an average 110 customer interactions per shift through incoming and outgoing calls
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to type 35 - 40 words per minute
- Computer knowledge
- Strong customer service skills
- A minimum of a High school Diploma or equivalent required
- Solid problem solving and decision making abilities
