Job Summary
A customer service outsourcing company is seeking a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative.
Must be able to:
- Answer phone calls and emails, responding to customer questions and complaints
- Walk customers through basic troubleshooting or setup processes
- Sell products and services to clients and processing payments
