Job Summary

A privately-held healthcare technology solutions company is seeking a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting in development, maintenance and growth of accounts by creating a favorable relationship with customer
  • Processing any special production requests sent in from the customer via phone, CRM, or email
  • Working closely with other departments as production needs arise

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years pharmacy support experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Working knowledge of pharmacy adjudication, billing and receivable processes
