A business services company is seeking a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Respond to requests for assistance
- Escalate calls to supervisor when necessary and appropriate
- Talk to customers over the phone, email, online chat or social media
