Job Summary
A health insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative.
Must be able to:
- Make contacts to schedule a variety of specific medical and dental services
- Respond to a variety of inquiries and resolves issues
- Identify potential behavioral health situations and follow contract specific protocol to assist callers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma / GED or higher
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 2:00pm – 11:00pm CST, Monday – Friday
- United States Citizenship
- Ability to obtain adjudication following submission of Defense Health Agency eQuip Form SF85 and SF86
