Job Summary

A provider of healthcare and clinical services is seeking a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Provide prompt, accurate and courteous responses to customers
  • Solve routine and complex problems (and contact supervisor immediately for problems unable to solve)
  • Answer incoming customer service orders as soon as possible

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Demonstrate the ability to perform the different tasks they have been trained for in the call center
  • Computer knowledge
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Solid communication skills (including verbal, written and listening skills)
  • Solid problem solving and decision making abilities
