Job Summary
A global healthcare company is in need of a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Receiving calls from internal and external customers verifying coverage and status of payments.
- Monitoring delegated customer service issues to ensure timely and accurate resolution
- Using appropriate communication techniques when responding to customers, particularly in stressful situations
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 4+ years of combined education, work and/or volunteer experience
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
- Great communication skills
