Job Summary
A customer experience management company has a current position open for a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing excellent customer service by phone with sincerity and professionalism
- Solving problems and connecting with people via phone
- Inputting data or researching information while on the phone with the caller
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 6 months or more of computer data entry experience
- Previous Inbound call center experience or the ability to provide excellent customer service by phone
- History of on-time attendance at previous job
- Proficient and experienced PC skills with Microsoft office, dual screens and toggling between multiple systems
- High School Diploma or GED (minimum)
