Job Summary

A customer experience management company has a current position open for a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing excellent customer service by phone with sincerity and professionalism
  • Solving problems and connecting with people via phone
  • Inputting data or researching information while on the phone with the caller

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 6 months or more of computer data entry experience
  • Previous Inbound call center experience or the ability to provide excellent customer service by phone
  • History of on-time attendance at previous job
  • Proficient and experienced PC skills with Microsoft office, dual screens and toggling between multiple systems
  • High School Diploma or GED (minimum)
