A healthcare technology company has an open position for a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative.
Must be able to:
- Respond to all email messages for customers seeking help
- Support provider functions and sign-ups
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Professional demeanor and telephone etiquette
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with customers, managers, and co-workers – both verbally and in written format
- Familiarity with technical languages, databases, and environments (HubSpot – our ticketing system)
