A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Educate and inform members about the benefits available
  • Plan departments that apply to the need or concern of the member
  • Determine the various policy provisions, guidelines, providers, and provider requirements and procedures

Qualifications Include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of inbound call center or related customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High level attention to detail and customer service
  • General knowledge of insurance terminology, diagnostic and procedure codes
