A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative.
Must be able to:
- Educate and inform members about the benefits available
- Plan departments that apply to the need or concern of the member
- Determine the various policy provisions, guidelines, providers, and provider requirements and procedures
Qualifications Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of inbound call center or related customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level attention to detail and customer service
- General knowledge of insurance terminology, diagnostic and procedure codes
