Job Summary
A healthcare solutions provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative I.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Answering telephone calls from employees and their dependents, hospital and physician providers and employer representatives
- Explaining in detail all assigned client’s group health plan benefits
- Explaining specific plan benefits administered by HDP, eligibility and network related questions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Skills & Experience: Call Center, Customer Service, Health Benefits
- 1 or more year applicable experience
- Customer Service call center experience with health insurance benefits and billing, including CPT & ICD coding
