A healthcare and retail pharmacy company has an open position for a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative in Bethlehem.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing the customer with related information to answer the unasked questions
- Answering questions and resolving issues as a “single-point-of-contact” based on phone calls
- Using customer service threshold framework to make financial decisions to resolve member issues
