Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer in-coming member and provider calls
- Respond to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and services
- Work in a Medicaid call center
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Medicaid call-center experience
- Experience in QNXT, SUV, PeopleSafe and other relevant systems
- Ability to meet performance standard
- High school diploma or equivalent
