Job Summary
A health insurance company has an open position for a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative in Chico.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve, on the first call, customer service inquires and issues
- Help guide and educate customers about the fundamentals and benefits of consumer
- Contact care providers on behalf of the customer
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Reside within 100 miles of Chico, California
- High School Diploma / GED or higher OR equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of combined education, work and/or volunteer experience
- Dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure if applicable
- Live in a location that can receive high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
