Job Summary
A healthcare and retail pharmacy company is seeking a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative in Fresno.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Handling provider customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, internet or written correspondence. Customer inquiries are of basic and routine nature
- Explaining member’s benefits, rights and responsibilities in accordance with contract to our providers
- Educating providers on our self-service options; Assists providers with credentialing and re-credentialing issues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1-2 years Customer Service experiences in a transaction based environment
- Demonstrating ability to be empathetic and compassionate
- Positive attitude to work
