A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative in Nashville.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
  • Performing administrative, or operative Customer Service tasks
  • Performing data entry, sorts requests, and maintaining files

Required Skills:

  • High School required
  • Required 1+ years of customer revice experience in Healthcare/Medical industry
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office(Word,Excel and outlook)
  • High level capacity to multitask independently and on a computer
  • Ability to perform in a high volume, fast paced call center environment
