Job Summary

A business process outsourcing company is seeking a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative in North Lauderdale.

Must be able to:

  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Be responsible for all customer inquiries and questions including billing issues
  • Follow up to customer inquiries by taking specific action in a timely manner

Position Requirements Include:

  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Logical problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
  • Comfort with desktop computer system and hardware
  • Proven oral & written communication skills consistent with North American Business standards
