Job Summary
A business process outsourcing company is seeking a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative in North Lauderdale.
Must be able to:
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Be responsible for all customer inquiries and questions including billing issues
- Follow up to customer inquiries by taking specific action in a timely manner
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED
- Over 18 years of age
- Logical problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
- Comfort with desktop computer system and hardware
- Proven oral & written communication skills consistent with North American Business standards
