Job Summary
An omnichannel customer experience management and business process outsourcing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative in Shreveport.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries
- Providing excellent customer service through active listening
- Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Graduate or GED
- 6 months customer service experience minimum
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- Comfort with desktop computer system
- Proven oral & written communication skills
