Job Summary
A business services company has an open position for a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative in the Huntsville Area.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues
- Maintain and update customer information as necessary
- Talk to customers over the phone, email, online chat or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- May be required to go onsite to attend team meetings
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Stellar customer service skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
- Ability to use phone and computer systems
- Ability to stay composed and objective
