Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Answer all calls and emails in a timely manner, in adherence to their goals
Review all required documentation to ensure accuracy
Complete insurance verification to determine patient's eligibility, coverage, co-insurance, and deductibles

Position Requirements Include:

Excellent customer service skills
Excellent ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Solid ability to learn new technologies and possess the technical aptitude required
High School Diploma or equivalent
1-year work-related experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services
