Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Answer all calls and emails in a timely manner, in adherence to their goals
  • Review all required documentation to ensure accuracy
  • Complete insurance verification to determine patient's eligibility, coverage, co-insurance, and deductibles

Position Requirements Include:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Solid ability to learn new technologies and possess the technical aptitude required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-year work-related experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services
