Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer all calls and emails in a timely manner, in adherence to their goals
- Review all required documentation to ensure accuracy
- Complete insurance verification to determine patient's eligibility, coverage, co-insurance, and deductibles
Position Requirements Include:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Solid ability to learn new technologies and possess the technical aptitude required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-year work-related experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services
