Job Summary

A hospital and healthcare company is seeking a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Answer all calls, emails, and chats in a timely manner, in adherence to their goals
  • Develop and maintain working knowledge of current products and services offered by the company

Qualifications Include:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Be able to type at least 40 wpm
