A healthcare provider is seeking a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Specialist in Overland Park.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing first line systems support
- Documenting all customer inquiries and complaints
- Monitoring and following up with customers daily on open logs to insure accurate and timely resolutions
Skills and Requirements Include:
