A healthcare provider is seeking a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Specialist in Overland Park.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing first line systems support
  • Documenting all customer inquiries and complaints
  • Monitoring and following up with customers daily on open logs to insure accurate and timely resolutions

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Must include current resume for consideration
  • Must be bilingual-Spanish speaking
  • Professional experience with medical insurance preferred
  • Must be available: Monday-Friday 12:30pm-6pm
