A provider of outsourced business services is seeking a Remote Healthcare Customer Support Representative in Louisville.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Communicating with members and providers over the phone and through email
- Providing extraordinary customer service to build positive rapport on every interaction
- Helping customers understand their eligibility of benefits and claim status
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service position
- High School Diploma or equivalent educational experience
- Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays
- Clear written and verbal communication
