Job Summary

A health technology company has a current position open for a Remote Healthcare Customer Support Specialist 3.

Must be able to:

  • Manage operational support functions for the Carve Out Audit/Recovery business
  • Follow a combination of routine procedures & troubleshooting techniques to ensure documents are received timely & not lost
  • Form collaborative working relationships with facilities, vendors & internal team members

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High School diploma
  • 2-3 years of experience within Health Information Management, Healthcare Payer/Claims or other related Healthcare
  • Experience in customer service in an audit support function preferred
