Job Summary

A nonprofit organization is in need of a Remote Healthcare Customer Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Handling a high volume of inbound contacts
  • Assessing constituent requests and implied needs
  • Attempting first contact resolution by leveraging technology and analytical skills

Position Requirements Include:

  • Some college and/or combination of two years business experience
  • Communicates effectively, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Interpersonal savvy, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience with managing ambiguity and complex situations
  • Demonstrated prioritization of customer focus by exhibiting strong ownership of customer concerns
  • Ability to read, comprehend and deliver information quickly to diverse constituencies
