Job Summary
A nonprofit organization is in need of a Remote Healthcare Customer Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Handling a high volume of inbound contacts
- Assessing constituent requests and implied needs
- Attempting first contact resolution by leveraging technology and analytical skills
Position Requirements Include:
- Some college and/or combination of two years business experience
- Communicates effectively, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Interpersonal savvy, with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with managing ambiguity and complex situations
- Demonstrated prioritization of customer focus by exhibiting strong ownership of customer concerns
- Ability to read, comprehend and deliver information quickly to diverse constituencies
